WAIT STAFF
Job Description:
1. Provide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction
2. Greet customers and present menu
3. Make recommendations or share additional information upon request
4. Attend to guest requests, inquiries and promote hotel products to guests.
5. Have good product knowledge and doing effort to sell the hotel at each customer contact
6. Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products
7. Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
8. Check products for quality and correct any problems that keep them from enjoying their meal/drink
9. Deliver checks and collect payments
10. Cooperate with all serving and kitchen staff
11. Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.
12. Extend assistance to guest request.
13. Maintain professional image while on duty - well groomed, hygiene and the prescribed uniform.
14. Always concern with security, environment and energy conservation issues in the daily work.
15. Perform other duties instructed by the immediate head or supervisor.
