  • Provides advanced technical expertise in the planning, design, and assembly of molds from order intake through final delivery.
  • Integrates the latest industry trends and innovations to enhance mold performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversees and reviews the mold assembly work of the production team, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Develops, implements, and adjusts project and development plans based on changing client needs and production requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • College Graduate or any Vocational/Technical Graduate
  • Must be fluent in English and Mandarin language (additional language is an advantage)
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • With at least fifteen (15) years’ experience in the related field.
  • Willing to be assigned in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
