  • Enhance operational management decision-making by prioritizing objectives and performance accountability for the Hotel Division.
  • Ensure that all processes and practices are functioning properly.
  • Participate in the strategic planning and subsequent execution of the business plan, encompassing financial, operational, and marketing objectives.
  • Responsible for effective planning, delegation, coordination, staffing, organization, and decision-making to achieve desirable profit-driven results for the organization.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must have technical knowledge of hotel property management system.
  • Excellent customer services skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
