Vice President, Property Services

  • Attends necessary meetings and functions as part of the Executive Committee team and participates in task forces and special projects as required.
  • Provides input towards the success of the hotel.
  • Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ensures the property is in compliance with all national and local laws, including Labor Laws, Occupational Health and Safety. Maintains continuous training certification on safety standards for his staff.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • College Degree Required with Professional Certification in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 18 years progressive work experience within a hotel’s engineering department, the last 5 years in a senior management or leadership position and at least 2 pre-opening experience of a resort or hotel.
