POSITION: VICE-PRESIDENT FOR MECHANICAL
CONSTRUCTION (JOB GRADE 7)

Job Description:
• Mainly responsible for the review of contract documents, drawings, specifications and bid documents of assigned project.
• Prepare, control and execute project budget.
• Handle the overall planning and scheduling of the project.
• Monitor progress of works and ensure compliance to construction program.
• Report to higher management the status, problems and concerns on the project.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of experience in the area of construction. management including 3 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
• Demonstrable experience building, leading and developing teams.
• Ability to build consensus and relationship among executive and working groups.
• Experience in Project Management is preferred.
• Competence with Microsoft Office Suite.
