JOB VACANCY: ONE (1) VICE PRESIDENT

  • VPs work closely with the President, CEO, or board of directors to develop and implement the company's vision and strategic goals.
  •  They translate strategic plans into actionable goals and lead the implementation of relevant projects and initiatives.
  •  Manage the lighting division's budget, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure financial targets are met
  •  Strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial management, communication, and interpersonal skills

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATION

  • 2-5 years’ experience in same field
  • Bachelor Degree Holder in any field
  • A substantial amount of experience in the lighting industry, typically 2-5 years or more, is necessary to gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and relationship
  • Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading sales teams, and driving revenue growth.
  • Can communicate and understand both mandarin and Chinese
  • Attention to detail
