  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness of facilities, including floors, walls, restrooms, and other areas.
  • Basic Repairs: Performing simple repairs, such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks, or replacing broken fixtures.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensuring safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Ordering and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining records of completed work orders or maintenance tasks.
  • Errands: Running errands for the department or facility.
  • Other Duties: Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors. 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least high school graduate
  • With at least 6 months of related working experience
  • Physically fit 
  • Willing to start ASAP
