a) Ensure compliance with sanitation standards of the company
b) Execute hygiene programs
c) Support and participate in all public health inspections
d) Conducts cleaning and sanitizing production areas, equipment and food contact surfaces to ensure that all areas meet standards of acceptability
e) Participate in pest control activities and proper garbage disposal
f) Conduct cleaning and maintenance of delivery vehicles, crates and other bakery equipment
g) Oversee that the facilities in our workplace are maintained well
h) Ensure that the environment is clean and tidy
i) Washing and sanitizing toilets, sinks and showers and restocking disposables
j) Disinfects and cleans garbage and trashcans, and changes bags daily
k) Report health and safety hazards
