This is a full-time role as an agency Unit Head of Manulife Philippines. Responsible for overseeing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.  To recruit, develop and manage an increasing number of highly successful Financial Advisors and downline leaders.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 25- 50 years old
  • 3 years sales management experience or team leader experience
  • College graduate
  • Good communication skills
  • Current monthly income P50,000 - P75,000
  • Full-time
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid work set-up

For Unit Head Associate - same as above except for

  • 2 years sales management experience
  • Current monthly income P50,000
