  • Recruits, screens, and assists potential candidates to undergo trainings, examination, and licensing processes for financial advisors
  • Trains and develops their skills to master product and technical knowledge, tools needed, and the appropriate servicing to clients
  • Assists in resolving work-related concerns to provide immediate feedback/solutions to clients/stakeholders involved
  • Builds professional presence on social media to promote credibility and excellence of agents
  • Leads the team in achieving individual and team goals

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of any course or at least earned 2 years in college 
  • With impressive career track in sales and management (minimum of 1 year experience) 
  • Age 25 to 40 years old 
  • Willing to undergo trainings (online)
