Bulk Driver

Planning/Scheduling

• Plan routes based on local traffic laws and local restrictions; follow routes according to information from maps
• Effectively communicates with Delivery dispatchers and routing specialists. Proactively reports any customer concerns encountered, or other problems encountered.
• Participates in night and weekend on-call schedule

Product Transfer

• Follows all established delivery standards with emphasis on customer service, efficiency and productivity.
• Initiate performance of product transfer from Depot to Gasmate LPG customers.
• Travel to all assigned routes and destinations for bulk LPG transactions
• Have knowledge and comply with the proper methods of loading and unloading for the various LPG Tanks/Trailer to be transported.
• Assist warehouse staff and customers with loading and unloading processes
• Communicate traffic reports, delays, etc. to dispatch as needed
• Confirm contents of each shipment load matches the manifest document

Customer Service

• Represent the Company to our customers, the public and the trucking industry in a professional manner at all times.
• Follow company guidelines with regards to acceptable conduct when dealing with customers, fellow employees, and the motoring public.

Record Keeping

• Maintain records by retaining load-related paperwork (i.e., Cash receipts, BIR Withdrawal Certificate, Sales Invoice, Sales Order and Purchase Order)
• Complete and submit as instructed accurate driver daily logs and all necessary delivery tickets, trip reports, fuel reports, damage reports, and other paperwork required by company.
