JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for the delivery of LPG products, selling and marketing to all prospects and customers, and vehicle maintenance and management.
DELIVERY AND MARKETING ACTIVITY:
- Deliver products to customers.
- Conduct prospecting and all other marketing activities in search for new LPG customers.
- Issue accountable receipts to customers such as Delivery Receipts (DR), Incoming Receipts (IR), Cash/ Charge Invoice (CI) and Official/Provisionary Receipts (OR) depending on the nature of transactions, as well as preparation of Gate Pass (GP) and Entry Pass (EP).
- Remit cash sales and collections to Sales Center Clerk.
- Prepare and submits Accountability Report on Inventory and Sales (ARIS) to Sales Center Clerk daily.
- Prepare and timely submits Daily Sales Report to immediate head.
- Monitor stock inventory of customers.
- Pick-up empty cylinders at all scheme “C” customers.
- Monitor and maintains subsidiary ledger of all customers’ accounts receivable in the assigned area of responsibility.
- Maintain good relation to dealers/ customers.
- Report to immediate head all activities including customers’ feedbacks/ complaints, competitors’ events/ promotions, etc.
