  • Leading groups of tourists through designated areas.
  • Addressing inquiries from tourists in a clear and informative manner. 
  • Sharing historical, cultural, and other relevant information about the tour location. 
  • Monitoring the group, addressing any concerns, and promoting a positive tour experience. 
  • Helping with transportation, ticketing, and other practical aspects of the tour.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Male/Female
  • Detail oriented, strong work ethic, and has a passion in delivering excellent customer service
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • With or without experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
