TRAVEL GUIDE

Qualifications:

Education:High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus).

Experience:Previous experience as a travel guide, tour leader, or related role preferred.

Knowledge of local attractions, history, and geography of Panglao, Bohol.

Professional Licenses & Certifications:

Licensed Tour Guide (if required by local regulations).

First Aid & CPR Certification (preferred but not required).

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Fluency in English and Filipino (additional languages are a plus).

Ability to manage groups of travelers effectively.

Problem-solving skills in case of unexpected travel disruptions.

Specialized Training:

Training in hospitality or tourism is an advantage.

Safety and risk management training.
