Creates and maintains Profile of clients in the GDS/Database
Attends promptly to (short and long haul) reservation requests of assigned clients, direct passengers and/or other inquiries received following the GDS bank keys
Offers flight options and quotations to clients
Ensures that bookings (flight/hotel/car) created are correct as requested by the client and according to supplier's (airline/hotel/car) rules
Performs initial documentation check of passenger’s country of destination through the GDS
Manages Ticket Time Limit (TTL)
Checks and monitors assigned queue banks
Prepares the ticket mask for quality check and issuance by superiors
Complies with the rules and regulations of the company

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any 4-year course;
Experience in domestic and international ticketing and reservations and corporate travel is an advantage but not a requirement;
Knowldegeable in any of the following GDS: Amadeus or Sabre;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Fresh graduates/Undergraduates are welcome to apply
