JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient workflow and service delivery.
Develop and implement business strategies to enhance company growth and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and train staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Manage company resources, including budgeting and financial planning.
Establish partnerships and maintain relationships with travel and tourism stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local and international travel regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Tourism, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the travel and tourism industry
Professional License/Certifications: Relevant management or tourism-related certifications are an advantage
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of business operations and financial management
Proficiency in travel and tour agency systems
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Specialized Training:
Training in customer service management, operations efficiency, and business development strategies is preferred.
