Develops and implements logistics strategies to meet business goals, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

Manages relationships with logistics service providers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective services

Leads and motivates a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.

Identifies and implements best practices to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations. 

Qualifications/Requirements

A full-time undergraduate degree or above
More than 5 years of experience in the logistics industry, or more than 5 years of on-site
Have good English and Chinese (Mandarin) listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities (a mandatory condition),
Be able to use English and Chinese (Mandarin) as the daily working language.
Have experience in the e-commerce warehousing and logistics industry
