MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • To ensure that cargoes are delivered and/or pick up on time.
  • To do the sorting and assigning of cargoes to the courier or our closed van driver.
  • To coordinate with air freight representative on the arrival of cargoes.
  • To turn-over those undelivered cargoes to air freight rep. for safe keeping.
  • To send a report to origin port those cargoes delivered within the day.
  • To send the required POD to origin port within the day.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as dispatcher or similar position.
  • Experience in data entry.
  • Hands on experience working in stressful, emergency situations.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • High school diploma.
