  • Ensure the correctness of entry to Safari Information System (SIS). Check and review Booking/reservation, vehicle log entry and fleet inventory.
  • Good communicator and capable of giving clear instruction/s to dispatcher, driver, and transport admin drivers.
  • Coordination with Team Leader, Fleet Coordinator and Head Office Transport Team.
  • Monitor drivers to ensure that drivers arrive on time to the designated pick-up point. The dispatcher should also provide the right information to the end-user/passenger regarding the exact location of the rented vehicle and also inform or update the end-user if there are issues arises.
  • Dispatcher responsibility is not completed until the rented vehicle return back or closing of booking.
  • Responsible for and management of the driver's checklist. Ensure that all needed information is filled-up.
  • Responsible in the handling of RFID card and Gas Fleet card release and retrieval from drivers or end-users.
  • Ensure to record all booking transactions in Safari Information System (SIS). All needed information/ entry must be completed (all fields should be accurately filled including remarks).
  • Check actual vehicle information such as Gas level and mileage before entry in SIS.
  • Strictly follow the gasoline fleet card release procedure.
  • Will not allow drivers to use Safari Mobile phones and ensure that all calls are business-related.
  • Will not allow drivers to sleep in Safari premises unless according to approved procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High sense of integrity
  • With Professional Driver's License. Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
  • Road familiarity in Metro Manila and CALABARZON Area is a must. Know how using of WAZE or GOOGLE MAPS.
  • Proficient in MS office, computer literate.
  • Can give clear instructions and can work easily with other employee and team player.
  • College graduate preferred but not a must
