Job Description :
• Responsible in planning, organizing and management of sales order processes of all French Customer
• Ensure accurate and on time distribution of orders, order forms/patient information and technical worksheets to the concern section
• Communicates directly to all French customers in taking down all orders, date and patient information
• Implement and ensure order entry compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualification:
• Graduate of any 4-year business course
• Minimum of 2-year progressive experience in multi-national or local companies with foreign clients
• Proficient in speaking, understanding and writing French language
• Strong ability to identify issues and formulate practical and effective solutions
• Knowledgeable in logistics and customer service process which include but not limited to order receiving and order entry
• Computer literate : MS Office
