Job Description

1. Graduate of Any Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Experience in training & development, HR process, Company Events or HR Projects.
3. With relevant experience in Human Resource function.
4. With excellent organization and problem solving skills.
5. With good spoken and written communication skills.
6. Administering regular soft skill training for employees.
7. Organizing & schedule training events, and request training budget.
8. Conducts company orientation and onboarding of employees.
9. Can able to make training Module Training
9. Can start Immediately

Qualifications/Requirements

Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
 Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
 Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
 Develop or oversee the production of training handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
 Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
 Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
 Deliver training courses
 Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
 Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
