· Bachelor's degree required (Preferred: Major in Communication, Human Resources, Secondary Education, or with Secondary Teaching Certification)
· 3+ years in education or corporate training strongly preferred
· 1+ months in call center and/or customer experience environment strongly preferred
· Experience implementing industry best practices/theories of curriculum design and facilitation strategies required
· Experience implementing differentiated and multisensory learning strategies
· Experience speaking in front of and leading groups of up to 25 people simultaneously
· Solid MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook experience
· Strong data analysis skills, experience with Survey Monkey a plus
· Strong critical thinking skills: Must be able to identify and adapt to learners' needs
· Ability to collaborate with others as needed
