Job Summary:
The Training Specialist designs and facilitates learning programs that enhance employee competencies and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis across departments
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs
  • Organize onboarding sessions and continuous development initiatives
  • Prepare training materials and facilitate workshops
  • Maintain training records and provide reports to HR management

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or Human Resources
  • At least 2 years of experience in training and development
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online learning tools
