Work with store leaders to spot training needs and roll out solutions.
Track training results and help teams grow in their roles by conducting Training Needs Assessments.
Keep everyone updated on company policies and best practices.
Hosts and facilitates company events such as Christmas parties, service award ceremonies, and team-building activities—bringing energy, coordination, and seamless execution.
