Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery and Support:
  • Conduct on-site training sessions for Sales Associates, focusing on BillEase products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ensure all SAs have a thorough understanding of sales financing processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance.
Performance Evaluation:
  • Monitor and evaluate SA performance in the field, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable feedback and implement tailored training plans to address performance gaps.

Process Improvement:
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to streamline and improve field training processes.
  • Develop training materials, tools, and resources that align with BillEases objectives and values.
Field Engagement:
  • Conduct 100% fieldwork to observe and support SAs during live customer interactions.
  • Act as a liaison between the SAs and management to address challenges and implement solutions promptly.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Leverage analytical skills to track training outcomes and SA performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present reports on training effectiveness and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements

The Ideal Candidate
Experience: 
  • Minimum of 2 years of extensive experience in sales financing or a related field.
  • Prior coaching or field training experience is strongly preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to implement structured training methodologies.
  • Analytical and evaluation skills to assess SA performance and training impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage diverse teams, particularly in their assigned area's local language.
Work Environment:
  • Willingness and ability to work 100% in the field, traveling to various locations as required, including weekends and non-standard work hours.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different work conditions and team dynamics.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and training.
