Position Title: Manager Accreditation & National Partnerships
Responsibilities
• To coordinate with HR in hiring / firing and disciplinary issues with employees.
• To train employees by providing them on job and online training. To assign them training goals
for their continual personal and professional development.
• To make sure that the reporting team is meeting their set standards.
• To make sure that the reporting team is following the accreditation support policy.
• To coordinate with other department to cut down problems in reporting.
• To coordinate with technology for business process improvement.
• To coordinate with technology for improvement and enhancement of features in the tools being used
by accreditation team.
• To identify problem areas of reporting and work with other departments to get them
resolved.
• To work with accreditation analysts to help them work with their regulatory specialist by acting
as a bridge between them.
• To work with regulatory specialists and to help them achieve their assigned goals.
• Set standards and develop Standard Operation Procedure for the electronic reporting processes and
make sure that the
SOP’s are followed.

• To deal with the regulators in case of any disciplinary or non-compliance actions taken against
the school or to coordinate with other teams to resolve the problems with the regulators.
• To conduct weekly team meetings with proper agenda and minutes of the meetings and actionable
items to ensure execution.
• To meet with team members one on one every week to motivate them, train them, groom them and to
help them with any problem that they have.
• To resolve interpersonal conflicts among the team members.
• Performance evaluation of team members based on the parameters decided by the
management.
• To help every team member perform his / her best to achieve quarterly goals and provide them with
all the required resources.
• To develop and maintain a process of updating various accreditation documents like reporting
manuals, SOP’s, process flows, reporting instructions, reporting schedules, regulatory BI’s etc.
• To forecast future requirements of the department and work with management on strategic
plans.
• To act as a bridge between the Austin and Karachi Accreditation Teams to ensure that the whole
department is aligned with the strategic goals of the management.
