Job Description

Position Title: Manager Accreditation & National Partnerships

Responsibilities
• To coordinate with HR in hiring / firing and disciplinary issues with employees.
• To train employees by providing them on job and online training. To assign them training goals
for their continual personal and professional development.
• To make sure that the reporting team is meeting their set standards.
• To make sure that the reporting team is following the accreditation support policy.
• To coordinate with other department to cut down problems in reporting.
• To coordinate with technology for business process improvement.
• To coordinate with technology for improvement and enhancement of features in the tools being used
by accreditation team.
• To identify problem areas of reporting and work with other departments to get them
resolved.
• To work with accreditation analysts to help them work with their regulatory specialist by acting
as a bridge between them.
• To work with regulatory specialists and to help them achieve their assigned goals.
• Set standards and develop Standard Operation Procedure for the electronic reporting processes and
make sure that the
SOP’s are followed.

• To deal with the regulators in case of any disciplinary or non-compliance actions taken against
the school or to coordinate with other teams to resolve the problems with the regulators.
• To conduct weekly team meetings with proper agenda and minutes of the meetings and actionable
items to ensure execution.
• To meet with team members one on one every week to motivate them, train them, groom them and to
help them with any problem that they have.
• To resolve interpersonal conflicts among the team members.
• Performance evaluation of team members based on the parameters decided by the
management.
• To help every team member perform his / her best to achieve quarterly goals and provide them with
all the required resources.
• To develop and maintain a process of updating various accreditation documents like reporting
manuals, SOP’s, process flows, reporting instructions, reporting schedules, regulatory BI’s etc.
• To forecast future requirements of the department and work with management on strategic
plans.
• To act as a bridge between the Austin and Karachi Accreditation Teams to ensure that the whole
department is aligned with the strategic goals of the management.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
• Must have Bachelor’s of Commerce, Business Administration, or any other equivalent degree and
Master in Business
Administration is preferred. Other areas of study providing similar skill sets and experience can
be also considered.
• Must have at least 4-6 years of experience working in any relevant industry providing similar
skill sets, preferably research, compliance, legal firm, e-business, education and training.
• The knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including advance use of spreadsheets is a must.
• The knowledge of advance use of MS Word and MS Visio is a plus.
• Must be competent in the use of the internet and web-based applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for any medium of internal or
external communication with understanding of American English accent.
• Must have excellent understanding of regulated learning and training business, reporting
knowledge will be an additional plus.
• Must have excellent understanding of e-business and faced paced business environment.
• Self-starter on complicated projects.
• Must be highly organized, result oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment with adoptability to change.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and speed are required for completion of every project.
• Must be a team player and should have skills to coordinate with cross cultural teams.
• Must be able to lead multiple teams and must have team management skills to make sure
organizational objectives are being achieved.
• Must have excellent problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Ability to stay calm and perform well under stressful conditions.
• Ability to meet critical deadlines and follow up and follow through project schedules.
• Must be able to ensure compliance in correspondence with the state.
• Ability to take decisions on critical regulatory issues.
• Must be willing to take additional responsibilities.
