Bachelor’s / College Degree holder of any course
Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on working experience in the aviation industry, specifically in airport ground and ramp operations
In-depth knowledge of aircraft ground handling procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Experience in classroom or practical training is preferred, but not required
Experience in operating Ground Support Equipment will be an advantage
Experience or interest in conducting Dangerous Goods training will be an advantage
Experience or interest in Weight and Balance or Load Controller functions will be an advantage
Experience in handling audits will be an advantage
Ability to analyze and solve problems related to ramp operations effectively
Critical thinking skills to address challenges and unexpected situations
Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Word, Power Point, Excel, and other similar applications
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Willing to start immediately
