- Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into computers.
- Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.
- Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
- Generates time record of employees through the biometric on a daily basis for pre-checking purposes as well as the DTR of officers and managers
- Receives HR forms for timekeeping such as Itinerary, Leave, Overtime, Expense, Extra Time, Change Time, and Change day-off.
- Daily checks overtime forms submitted by employees and encodes the actual time in and out on the form prior to submission to Department Heads for their signature.
- Ensures that all forms are well kept and have the approval of the Immediate Head
- Updates the daily time record of sales assistants
- Handles leave monitoring of all regular employees and accredited agency staff
- Monitors all HR forms.
- Encodes tardiness summary of all employees on a monthly basis
- Prepares memo of cash findings by the Audit Department on a monthly basis
- Ensures proper and accurate filing of all forms
- Prepares supplies requisition form as needed
