Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
-High School Graduate/Technical course
-Extensive work experience as tile setter. Has knowledge on another handy man task related to electrical, carpentry, air-conditioning, telecommunication
-Perform range of repair and maintenance tasks including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, mechanical
-Shall act as lead person for tile setting assignments
-Shall perform another task related to electrical, air-conditioning, mechanical, masonry, plumbing in the absence of tile setting assignments
-Measure are that must be tiled or marbled to determine material requirements
-Provide repair assignments and suggestions to management
-Knowledge on water proofing solutions, carpet, hardwood, ceramic, vinyl tile granite installation
-Prepare accurate bill of materials and canvass sheet for tile setting assignments
-Another special task that may be assigned from time to time
-Technical Proficiency, good verbal communication skills
-Know how to drive 4-wheel vehicle is an advantage
