• Source and probe for potential clients through various methods such as cold calling, social media snipping, referrals, and networking.
• Explain policy terms & conditions, options, coverage, premiums, and option & terms of payment to clients.
• Complete necessary paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks for policy issuance timely and accurately
• Maintain accurate record of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions in the in-house system.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries in a professional, relevant, and timely manner.
• Make it a point to achieve his/her set goal as defined and advised by the Company from time to time.
