Job Description

A Telemarketing Associate is a customer-oriented professional responsible for reaching out to customers to offer products, solicit feedback from existing customers regarding their experience, and follow up on orders. Their role includes collecting and maintaining a client database, performing cold calls, monitoring and reporting sales, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive business success.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least High school diploma required
• Proven telemarketing or sales/customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• High motivation, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
