JOB TITLE: TELESALES ASSOCIATE

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle online players’ inquiries, provide the best possible packages with alternatives, new activities to quickly achieve publicity effects, and follow up to ensure sales success and customer satisfaction.
- Execute daily phone calls/emails on product/service sales. Contact players by phone, assist the Company to conduct surveys on players or interview players by phone to understand the problems encountered by players as well as feedback and suggestions.
- Through the assistance of the commissioner, help players follow, solve the needs of the players, and assist in upward feedback; so that the players have a more sense of trust to the website and keep active in the game.
- Retrieve the lost players through telephone contact and understand the reasons to provide improvement of the website.
- Open to do video calls to increase trust in the website. Need to spend a long time on the phone, learn, and understand the rules of the game.
- Meets sales and service quality requirements
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the clients
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments.
