Job Description

 Manage large amounts outbound sales calls and follow‐up calls in a timely manner.
 Update trackers with corresponding statuses on actions taken during the call or the loans origination process Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
 Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, find the best unit/ product that fits their qualifications and provide solutions and/or alternatives to help them get an approval for their loans.
 Seize opportunities to cross‐sell products when they arise.
 Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
 Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
 From time to time, communicate with directly with Partners if the need arises.
 Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education Graduate of any related business course
Experience Preferably with sales experience/related field but fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Knowledge Computer literate
Skills With good communication skills both written and oral
Flexible in adapting to fast changing environment
Goal oriented
Customer Service Oriented
