- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone is a plus
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent, and result-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
- At least college degree in any field, open for fresh graduates
