Job Title: Tech Writing & Translation Analyst 

Provide first line of support and resolves simple to complex technical and non-technical issues reported by the users or systems; Perform quality audit and translations; Perform service desk management function; Facilitate critical incident management.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology; Computer Science or other relevant fields; Proficient in Required Language; Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
