1. Promotes excellence and discipline in the Site in compliance with company policies.
2. Creates schedule and monitors duties and responsibilities to Team Members.
3. Executes the Performance Management, Career Planning and Coaching to Staff.

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information System, Information
Technology or any four-year related courses . With at least 2 years of Supervisory experience in
Customer Relations or Technical Service. Experience in Service Center type of business is an advantage.
