• High school diploma required; technical certifications are a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience operating transport and lifting vehicles, ideally in wind energy or heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of transport vehicles and lifting equipment for wind turbine blades.
• Certification in heavy equipment or crane operation is preferred.
• Ability to quickly identify and solve issues during operations.
• Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks.
• Leadership skills to train and supervise junior technicians.
• Good communication skills for working with teams and reporting issues.
• Knowledge of safety rules and standards for wind turbine transport and lifting.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
