Who are we looking for?
- At least High School Graduate (Old/New Curriculum) or at least 2 years in vocational/bachelor's degree
- Must have 1 year BPO experience with at least 6 months in a technical account
- Good understanding of consumer electronics products
- Solid technical and diagnostic skills with tested problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Amenable to work rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
- Can work from home and in IT Park, Cebu City
- With access to a quiet and secured room and at least 30 MBPS internet subscription
