Experts on API Applications from IT Europe Scope
Strong skill on API (Data Centric Approach) : Data Lake based on ElasticSearch / API (APIGEE)
Experience with ElasticSearch
Experience working in a microservice architecture / Lambda AWS
Experience building and running APIs (APIGEE)
General Knowledge on Traditional BI Applications
Deep analysis as expert Level 3
Resolution process and communication to end users through mail, phone call and Ticket update
Participation in crisis cells for high business impacts (ad hoc communication ..)
Continuous improvement : prevention of incident new occurrence through suggestion of code corrections to the solution developers, Problem proposition and follow-up.
Be able to code and develop (for specific App)
Shift left proposition : Create procedures for Ticket resolution at levels L1 and L2 - Training
Documentation maintenance

Experienced with any ticketing system
