- Onsite repair and maintenance of customer IT machine such as PC, Laptop, printers, POS, ATM, Network
devices and among others;
- Onsite installation of end-user machine such as PC, laptop, printer, POS, ATM, Network devices and among
others;
- Onsite installations of software and other third-party applications;
- Ensure that all replacement parts are installed to the end-user’s machine. All unused and defective parts are
to be returned to MCSI or principal customer with proper documentation;
- Conduct on-premise repair and preventive maintenance to MCSI customer IT equipment;
- Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) IT units and devices from customer sites.
- On-time sending of activity updates, service reports and other forms required by Operation Dept.
- Render Overtime work as needed to complete an escalated customer service call with prior/proper
authorization from Operation Head/Lead.
- Strict adherence to the company’s Fieldwork Policy and Code of Conduct.
- On-time liquidation on all expenses incurred in the delivery of technical services in accordance with
company expense policy.
- Other tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time as need arises
