Job Description:
• Identifying and resolving technical issues with software, hardware, and networks. Develop and oversee compliance programs, conduct audits, and provide guidance to employees on regulatory requirements.
• Assisting users with technical problems through various channels like phone, email, or chat.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
