As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide technical support for DNS, domain transfers, email authorizations, and other similar issues. You are expected to provide a high level of support while also providing customer support for social media-related concerns.
What you’ll be doing:
Technical Support (50%):
- Provide a high level of technical support to clients revolving around DNS, domain transfers, email authorizations, and other email-related issues.
- Respond to tickets in a timely manner.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to our products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
Customer Support (50%):
- Customer Engagement
- Interact with customers by providing prompt and effective assistance through the internal customer service platform.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Go above and beyond, looking for ways to add value to customers in every interaction further.
- Product Knowledge
- Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- A good understanding of how site builders function.
- Social Media
- Provide support in social media content creation.
- Manage social media content by reviewing and editing content.
