As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide technical support for DNS, domain transfers, email authorizations, and other similar issues. You are expected to provide a high level of support while also providing customer support for social media-related concerns.

What you’ll be doing:

Technical Support (50%):

  • Provide a high level of technical support to clients revolving around DNS, domain transfers, email authorizations, and other email-related issues.
  • Respond to tickets in a timely manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to our products or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems

Customer Support (50%):

  • Customer Engagement
  • Interact with customers by providing prompt and effective assistance through the internal customer service platform.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Go above and beyond, looking for ways to add value to customers in every interaction further.
  • Product Knowledge
  • Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • A good understanding of how site builders function.
  • Social Media
  • Provide support in social media content creation.
  • Manage social media content by reviewing and editing content.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a technical support or customer support, preferably in a BPO work environment.
  • Strong knowledge or experience in DNS is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
  • Experience with Front and Dialpad or similar tools is highly preferred
  • Experience using Canva for social media management related tasks.
  • Experience using ticketing tools in resolving client issues.
  • Experience or in-depth knowledge of Google Business Profile.
  • Experience using Notion, Asana, or other related technologies.
  • Knowledge of site builders is preferred.
