A Helpdesk/Desktop Support is expected to:
- Level 1 and 2 support of Microsoft systems including account creation, basic security, and access
- General IT support for ERP and corporate systems assisting users where necessary
- Provisioning of equipment, setup, and deploying for users to support them in their duties
- Participate in broader, system-related business projects. Develop and report on the status of project resources/deliverables, system performance reviews and post-implementation audits
- Build strong relationships with users, IT staff, and management to determine and resolve issues associated with system and network implementation • Champion customer service and ensure a customer-first approach.
- Participate as necessary in the strategic enablement of IT and Digital systems and participate as required.
- Ensure all calls are logged and processed using corporate helpdesk systems. Workplace Safety & Security
- Perform all tasks in a manner that will ensure there is no risk of causing injury or harm to self or others
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures
- Provide a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OH&S guidelines, keeping areas clean and tidy
- Notify IT Manager/Human Resources of any potential hazards General
- Follow all company policies and procedures
