Responsible for installations of networking, troubleshooting, and Configuration
Open ERP for Job Order for Complain, Networking, and Configurations
Filter and list the area, complaints, and subscriber
Check and Prepare Motorcycle Vehicle
Request tools and equipment to the Headend Department
Call and text the Subscriber before going to their location
Survey the area before getting inside the house of the subscriber to identify where the fiber wire is passing by.
Check the status of the router/ONU
Check the FIC Connector and recleave
Update Viber and ERP for the details of the Job Order and accomplishment

Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any IT-related courses.
At least 1 year of work experience in technical troubleshooting, installation, and configuration is an advantage.
Good communication skills (written and oral)
Strong customer service and courteous approach to resolving complaints.
Hardworking and resourceful
Trainable and willing to learn
Preferably with a driver's license (professional or non-professional)
Willing to work in upland areas.
