Job Description

  • Responsible for installations of networking, troubleshooting, and Configuration
  • Open ERP for Job Order for Complain, Networking, and Configurations
  • Filter and list the area, complaints, and subscriber
  • Check and Prepare Motorcycle Vehicle
  • Request tools and equipment to the Headend Department
  • Call and text the Subscriber before going to their location
  • Survey the area before getting inside the house of the subscriber to identify where the fiber wire is passing by.
  • Check the status of the router/ONU
  • Check the FIC Connector and recleave
  • Update Viber and ERP for the details of the Job Order and accomplishment

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any IT-related courses.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in technical troubleshooting, installation, and configuration is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
  • Strong customer service and courteous approach to resolving complaints.
  • Hardworking and resourceful
  • Trainable and willing to learn
  • Preferably with a driver's license (professional or non-professional)
  • Willing to work in upland areas.
