Supervise the Company’s local team to provide technical service-related support to its various projects.
Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers and internal teams.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to heavy equipment, machinery, or systems.

Qualifications/Requirements

Background in engineering, with exposure to heavy equipment industry would be preferred
At least 5 years’ experience in related field
Fluent in Nihongo and English
