LEAD SPECIALIST - PUBLISHED TITLE

•    Give expert consultation on the training and supervision of technicians on turbine blade repairs;
•    Give guidance in creating new work instructions to technicians for advanced turbine blade repairs;
•    Provide specialized advice in training technicians to create reports for the engineering department.

Qualifications/Requirements

•    A bachelor's degree in related field
•    Previous experience in the wind energy industry, with a focus on wind turbine operations and maintenance.
•    Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects within the wind energy sector.
•    Training in the operation and maintenance of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) is highly advantageous.
•    Familiarity with Vestas-specific systems and technologies is a plus.
