Job Description

  • Greets all customers promptly; provides timely professional service.
  • Conducts vehicle inspection checklist for the incoming and outgoing units with prepared repair order.
  • Uses computer systems to look up customer's service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information and manage information.
  • Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate.
  • Asks relevant questions regarding repair or service request to ensure proper servicing of vehicle.

Qualifications/Requirements

We are looking for a full-time individual who has passion in talking and dealing with people, customer advocate, a seller, cheerful personality, system & process oriented, responsible, embody a helpful attitude, and has basic knowledge in the auto industry to join our dynamic team.
  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology or equivalent.
  • Ability to present materials & communicate in writing in a fluent and logical manner.
  • Proven ability to work on detailed tasks with accuracy and speed.
  • Must be customer-oriented and articulate.
