PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide primarily for assisting clients in their service needs and ensuring customer satisfaction with the service provided.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides excellent customer service to clients,
2. Acts as a liaison between customer, service technicians and staffs.
3. Attends to the customer satisfaction concern/s regarding their units. Takes detailed notes about symptoms based on customer’s testimony.
4. Prepares accurate estimate of the requested repairs/services.
5. Courteously attends to clients upon their visit to the dealership.
6. Maintains good customer relations and handles service customer complaints.
7. Communicates to Service Manager, Field Rep and Service Technicians harmoniously.
8. Opens the repair order and discusses to the client the things that should be done to their unit.
9. Diagnoses the vehicle and recommends necessary repair of the units of clients or coordinate with Technicians on difficult problems or concerns.
10. Makes the final invoice, discusses to the client what has been done, and releases the unit.
11. Evaluates and assess unit if repair is warrantable. Compile and submit necessary document for warranty claims.
12. Properly documents repair history, customer contact details, and warranty files.
13. Conducts final inspection of the vehicle prior to the completion of the job order.
14. Coordinates closely with clients on the status of their service request/s and estimate time of completion.
15. Complies with standard service operations procedures.
16. Perform other tasks assigned by the Immediate Head.
