SERVICE SPECIALIST-PUBLISHED TITLE
• Serve as the main point of contact for consultation with technicians seeking technical support, maintenance assistance, or service inquiries related to turbine systems, including inspections, lubrication, and component replacements;
• Assess company needs and requirements, gathering relevant information about their turbine systems, operating conditions, and maintenance history;
• Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical guidance to technicians experiencing issues with turbine performance, reliability, or operation;
• Advise and collaborate with technicians, specialists, engineering, and field service to address inquiries related to turbine systems, coordinate service activities, and resolve issues for optimal turbine performance;
• Provide training and guidance to clients and technicians on proper turbine operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols;
• Advise regarding and coordinate service visits and repairs with field service technicians and subcontractors.
