• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in program/project management within a garment manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to plan and design complex programs, including scheduling, budgeting, and execution across multiple departments
• Strong skills in issue resolution, risk identification, and initiating corrective actions
• Experience in defining governance frameworks, including reporting structures and accountability systems
• Knowledge in quality assurance standards, compliance protocols, and production systems
• Skilled in resource planning and allocation, especially for technical staff across multiple projects
• Hands-on experience managing stakeholders, including internal departments and third-party vendors
• Expertise in transitioning from project phase to business-as-usual operations, ensuring continuity and sustainability
